As a Project Leader on two major project implementations, I have
experience in all aspects of project management. I have managed
small teams of consultants and employees while implementing the following
projects to successful production completion.
A proven, structured development process is at the heart of successful
project implementation. All phases of the software development lifecycle
should be defined, monitored and managed. As an integral team member of
numerous major project implementations, I have authored many requirement
definition, design and specification documents.
With over 20 years of experience, I bring unique expertise to all
development efforts as well as a diverse skill set which encompasses
mainframe, client server and web technologies.
My relational database technology experience has spanned over twelve years to include
DB2, Sybase, MS SQL Server, mySQL, Access, XDB and DB2/2. I am experienced in writing stored
procedures and triggers and have even authored a training manual for a stored procedure sub-system
that I built and installed.
A much neglected but essential phase of software development implementation
is User Training. I have authored user training documents for many of the projects
for which I have been a team member.
