PROJECT MANAGEMENT

As a Project Leader on two major project implementations, I have experience in all aspects of project management. I have managed small teams of consultants and employees while implementing the following projects to successful production completion.

Feb 99 - Jan 01	Project Leader Consultant
	METROPOLITAN LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY
Created an Intranet Risk Management website coded in HTML and JavaScript. Delivered a data collection and validation system that was instrumental in the Initial Public Offering of MetLife Insurance Co. Responsible for collecting and validating data for 16 million policyholders including fourteen lines of business. Developed programs, testing requirements and documentation. Designed and implemented production trails. Manage three consultants' workload. The processing environment was on a mainframe platform using COBOLII/DB2 technology.

Feb 95 - Mar 96	Project Leader Consultant
	SECURITIES INDUSTRIES AUTOMATION CORP
Delivered a money settlement system for the New York Stock Exchange. Responsible for ensuring the quality of vendor-provided software while acting as reviewer, scribe and code reader while detecting defects, recording errors and performing code walk-throughs. Verified all code was in adherence to written specifications. Participated in industry testing with Depository Trust Company (DTC) and disaster recovery testing. Led the full user acceptance testing and a flawless production implementation. The system was developed using PC Case Tools (APS 3.1), DB2/2 and MicroFocus Workbench in an OS/2 environment. After extensive unit testing, programs were uploaded and implemented on a mainframe platform using CICS/DB2 technology.
