More and more, we are asked to make our services web accessible. However, this
term can encompass a range of possibilities: from informational pages that rarely
change, interactive pages that provide content on demand, and even up to handling
admissions, registrations, payments and other transactions wholly on the web. Each
step up in capabilities requires different technologies and technical support. This
session provides an overview of the levels of technologies used on the web and some
of the human, hardware and software resources required to use them.
